About Us
Hey! I’m Landon, a 12-year-old who runs a local trash bin cleaning service. I know what you’re thinking—’12?!?’—but trust me, I do a solid job! No one likes dirty, smelly bins, so I’m here to help keep yours fresh and clean. It’s super simple: 1 bin is $15, 2 bins for $25, or 3 bins for $35. I show up, clean ‘em up, and leave them smelling way better than before. Give me a shot—you’ll be glad you did!
Why We Do This!
Landon founded Washee Cleaning Services in Summer of 2025 after he identified an unmet demand in Playa Vista for trash bin cleaning services. Landon continually strives to provide the best cleaning services for all his neighbors at a price that is affordable. He has been developing his unique cleaning methods to ensure great cleanliness without harming the environment.
Landon is working to raise money for his 8th grade school trip to Washington D.C. with the Westside Neighborhood School.

Our Process
At Washee Cleaning Services we use a safe, eco-friendly process to leave your trash bins spotless, sanitized, and smelling fresh. We start by inspecting the bins, then pre-rinse them with high-pressure water to remove loose debris. Next, we apply a biodegradable, plastic-safe degreaser that breaks down grime and bacteria without damaging the bin. After allowing the cleaner to soak, we scrub the inside and outside thoroughly, followed by a foam rinse using car soap for a clean finish and pleasant scent. We then give the bins a fresh water rinse and leave them to air dry upside down to prevent odors and bacteria from returning. Finally we spray our super secret amazing smelling purple formula leaving you shocked! We never use bleach or harsh chemicals—just professional-grade products that are safe for your bins, your property, and the environment.
Step 1 Pre-Rinse: We use high-pressure water to blast away loose dirt, food, and debris.
Step 2 Apply Eco-Friendly Cleaner: A biodegradable, plastic-safe degreaser breaks down grime, grease, and bacteria.
Step 3 Foam Rinse: We apply a fresh layer of soap for added shine and a clean scent.
Step 4 Final Rinse & Dry: We rinse everything clean and let your bin air dry upside down to prevent odors.
Step 5 Deodorize with Our Secret Formula: To finish, we spray our super-secret purple formula that eliminates odors and leaves your bins smelling amazing.
